Dispatch Timeframes
At United Vintage UK, every order is manually prepared, sorted, quality-checked, and packed before dispatch.
Due to the nature of vintage wholesale and fluctuating order volumes, please allow a few working days for dispatch preparation.
During exceptionally busy periods, drops, restocks, or high-demand launches, preparation times may be extended.
All dispatch timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed during weekdays enter preparation once payment is confirmed
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day
Because all stock is handled manually, same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
UK Shipping
United Vintage UK currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom using DPD UK.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- DPD operations
- Seasonal demand
- Public holidays
- Logistics conditions
- Delivery region within the UK
Shipping estimates provided at checkout are approximate only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.
Free Shipping
Free UK shipping may occasionally be offered on selected promotions, categories, or minimum order values.
Where applicable, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Pre-Orders & High Volume Orders
Certain products, restocks, or exclusive drops may operate under preorder or delayed dispatch systems.
For these orders:
- Additional preparation time may apply
- Dispatch estimates may be extended depending on stock arrival and processing
- Estimated timelines are provided on relevant product pages where applicable
By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
United Vintage UK cannot be held responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Lost parcels due to customer input errors
- Failed delivery attempts
If an order is returned because of incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to DPD, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
United Vintage UK is not liable for delays caused by:
- DPD transport disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High seasonal traffic
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
We will however assist customers where possible in tracking parcels and communicating with DPD.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos where applicable
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted long after delivery may not be accepted.
