United Vintage UK is a vintage clothing wholesale supplier, and all transactions made through this website are considered business-to-business (B2B).

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing products for:

Products are offered subject to stock availability. Due to the nature of vintage wholesale, quantities are limited and categories may sell out rapidly.

4. Payment Terms

These charges are not included in the checkout total.

United Vintage UK is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Carrier delays
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. Vintage Products, Grading & Returns

All products sold by United Vintage UK are authentic pre-owned vintage items.

Because of the nature of second-hand clothing, products may show:

  • Signs of wear
  • Fading
  • Marks
  • Small stains
  • Minor holes
  • Repairs
  • Sizing variations

We use industry-recognised grading categories including:

  • Grade A
  • Grade A/B
  • Grade B
  • Grade B/C
  • Grade C
  • Grade C/D

All stock is sold according to these grading standards and remains subject to natural vintage variation.

Minor grading discrepancies may occasionally occur due to volume and manual sorting processes.

Returns are only accepted under the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Product descriptions
  • Text
  • Marketing materials

is the intellectual property of United Vintage UK and/or VINTAGE CAPITAL GROUP LTD.

  • Resale performance

Our total liability relating to any order shall never exceed the value of the products purchased.

All shipping and delivery timeframes shown on the website are estimates only.

While we aim to dispatch orders quickly, delays may occur due to:
